Arya Nandkumar and TM-Siddhi Administrator Shri Ranjan Singh Patwari) has visited Guwahati to attend 30th Annual Celebration of MVM Guwahati 1 Silpukhari and to attend Sports week in inauguration of MVM Guwahati-4 Borsajoi. Both programmes were excellently organised by respective principals and their efficient team of teachers, staff and students. While visiting Guwahati, Brahmachari Girish ji and delegation members also met Hon'ble Chief Minister of Assam Shri Himanta Biswa Sarma. The crew of an upcoming Assamese movie, Emuthi Puthi, starring Shristy Sharma, an ex-student of our school, to be released on 17th June 2022, has visited us on 2nd June for its formal launch.
As per the guidelines issued by the CBSE, World Environment Day is celebrated in our school. The event was graced by Dr Hemen Kalita, Winner of Young Scientist Award 2022 issued by Assam State Science Awards organized by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Climate Change Department, Govt of Assam.

MVM GUWAHATI 1 : Celebration of International Mother?s Day 2022.
The Foundation Day of Sahasrasheersa Purusha Mandal was celebrated on the auspicious day of ' Akshaya Tritiya' , 3rd May 2022 in the school premises. The program started with traditional ' Guru Parampara Pujan' , lighting of the lamp and group meditation. Mrs. Manika Goswami, the Principal of MVM 1 spoke on the importance of the day as well as on the contribution of His Holiness Maharishi towards bringing peace and positivity in life of individuals and society and establishing ' Heaven on Earth'. Dr. Mamata Adhikari the retired Head of the Department of Zoology, Cotton University and the President of Shahsrasheersa Devi Mandal of Assam Region spoke on the importance of bringing the world peace and also spoke on importance of practicing Transcendental Meditation regularly. Dr. Chayanika Sharma, the retired principal of Tarini Choudhury Higher Secondary School also spoke on the contribution of His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Jogi Ji's contribution towards bringing the peace in the world. The peace volunteers also spoke on Maharishiji's knowledge as well as on the significance of the auspicious day, ' Akshaya Tritiya'. The students of the school participated in various activities with great enthusiasm. They presented devotional songs, chanted Shanti Mantra and performed dance on spiritual theme. The day was concluded with vote of thanks and singing of the State Anthem.
On the occasion of International Women's Day. To commemorate the achievements of women in different spheres of life, we have organised a programme in our school premise on the occasion of International Women's Day. The programme was attended by some eminent female professionals, teachers & a few parents of the students.
